 owns the 61,817 SF Redondo Place neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Highway 281 and Bitters Road in north central San Antonio.  The property includes a freestanding pad site building occupied by Advance Auto as well as a multitenant retail building occupied by tenants including Subway, Souper Salad, Allstate, Mr. Panda Buffet, San Antonio Shoe Repair, Miss Ellie's Pizza, My $39.95 Optical, and many more.





Fort Ventura, LP owns the 20,000 square foot Ventura Plaza retail shopping center located on the northeast side of San Antonio, TX.  The property is anchored by a recently renovated Valero fuel station and includes tenants such as Curves for Women, Snow White Cleaners, Sensational Hair, and A Cut Above Pet Grooming.





FH Broadway I, LP owns the 3100 Broadway building which is a single tenant net leased property located in the lower Broadway redevelopment district in San Antonio, TX.  The tenant, Cellular Sales of Knoxville, Inc, is the largest Verizon Wireless authorized retailer in the country.  The property fronts Broadway a few blocks north of the 1.2 million SF Pearl Brewery Redevelopment in an area of town between the CBD and Alamo Heights.
